Crowe Jazz @ Selkirk College

The J. L. Crowe Jazz Band has been offered an opportunity to travel to Selkirk College (Nelson 10th Street Campus) for a clinic and performances put on by Berklee College of Music faculty at the Shambhala Music & Performance Hall as part of Selkirk College's Contemporary Music & Technology Program.

The clinic will run from 9:30am to 1:30pm Friday October 18th. Transportation will be provided to the event from Crowe, and back again at the end of the day. It is expected that all Jazz Studies students will attend the clinic and performance which is being provided at no cost to students. Students will meet in the music room at the usual morning rehearsal time, and load on to the bus at 8am which will then depart for the 10th Street Campus.

Due to limited event seating, all scheduling conflicts must be reported to Mr. V asap. More information (and a lunch plan) will be provided shortly. In the mean time, please inform your teachers that you will be off-site for the above mentioned date.
