Band Update: Week of Sept 15

See below for an update on this week's rehearsal schedule, band merch, and our Winter Concert:

Rehearsal Schedule

This week the concert band will return to it's usual schedule:

Monday - Woodwinds

Wednesday - Brass & Percussion

Friday - Full Concert Band

The jazz band will continue with its altered schedule:

Tuesday - Newbies (Gr 10s, 1st year jazzers, and students on a new instrument)

Thursday - Newbies (Gr 10s, 1st year jazzers, and students on a new instrument)

All students are of course welcome, but our focus is going to be on the fundamentals and boosting up our new members.

Band Merch

Our annual band merch art comp has launched! Design a logo for this year's music department hoodie and submit it to Mr. V for review. All approved art will be posted on our Google Classroom in an anonymous vote. Submission deadline is October 3rd. If you intend on submitting a design please email Mr. V to let him know to expect your art!

Winter Concert

This year's J. L. Crowe Music Department Winter Concert is scheduled for the evening of Thursday December 11th in the Crowe gymnasium. Please communicate any concerns or conflicts asap with Mr. V.
