Band Update: Week of Mar 30, 2026

Hi folks,

I hope the break offered you an opportunity to reset and prepare to dig into the final chunk of the school year. Buckle up, grads - these next few months will be busy and are going to fly by!

Band Swag

I will have the band swag available tomorrow in the music room. You can come by between 8:30am-8:50am, during lunch, or after school. Thanks again to Maddy for taking the time to design our gear - they look great!

Rehearsal Schedule (Senior Concert Band)

Please note that with the upcoming Easter holiday, our rehearsal schedule will pivot:

Week of Mar 30 - Full Band Monday & Wednesday

Week of Apr 6 - Full Band Wednesday & Friday

Following these adjustments, I would like to run Full Band rehearsals until the concert. Often our instruments collect dust over the break and the extra rehearsal time is required to make up for lost momentum.

Our concert is set for 7pm (doors 630) Thursday April 23rd. This will not be ticketed, admission is by donation, and all members of the public are welcome. We are currently working with the Bailey to see if a live stream is possible for our more distant viewers. This week, we will discuss concert attire and any other questions that come up.
