Hello to the 2024-2025 Crowe Music Department - I'd like to offer you all a heartfelt welcome, or welcome back! I'm looking forward to another fantastic year of music making with you all. I'm hoping to use our program's blog page to better communicate with students, parents, and the community - as well as for ease of access to previous communication. Please consider bookmarking our website for later reference.
There will be some changes to how the program operates, as the use of personal technology is being limited this year and going forward. More information on this will be provided by the admin team.
As is typical, our reboot schedule for next week will differ from our standard schedule. Below is the schedule for Back to School Week:
Monday: Labour Day (No School) Tuesday: First Day Back (No Band)
Wednesday: Grade 10s (7:45am) Thursday: Grade 11s (7:45am)
Friday: Grade 12s (7:45am)
*Please note this schedule is solely for startup week
*Students are still permitted to be dropped off at the usual time between 7am-710am
Your attendance is critical to a smooth startup - please don't hit the snooze button this week. I need accurate numbers so I can prepare music, classrooms, and resources for the September 9th school week. Please arrive with all the instruments, books, and other resources you borrowed for the summer. I'll need everything back in the room for startup inventory purposes. If you're missing one of our music classes on your schedule, or you know of a friend who is missing the class, please have them get in touch with me asap so I can have you added to the class roster.
